re: [Air-l] Citations wished for on "interpretative reflexivity"
Dear Denise, not sure exactly what you're looking for - the first use of the term ïnterpretive reflexivity" or work on more general concepts of reflexivity and sts. If the latter, I've always found Steve Woolgar's comments to be thought-provoking, in particular, his responses to Collins and Yearly in the 'epistemological chicken' debate: (1992) "Some Remarks about Positivism: A Reply to Collins and Yearly" in Science as Practice and Culture, ed. Pickering, A., University of Chicago Press, Chicago. pp. 327-342 He also has a book which addresses this subject: (1988) Knowledge and Reflexivity: New Frontiers in the Sociology of Knowledge. Sage, Beverly Hills.
