Tenure Track Assistant Professor Issues Management and Public Relations POSITION APPROVED University of Cincinnati's Department of Communication The Department of Communication at the University of Cincinnati seeks to hire a Tenure Track Assistant Professor in Issues Management and Public Relations beginning Fall, 2007. The University of Cincinnati is a research-intensive institution committed to teaching excellence; the Department of Communication has an active research faculty that serves an M.A. program and a large undergraduate enrollment. Individuals will teach upper level undergraduate and graduate courses in Issues Management and Organizational Identity, Public Relations Campaigns, Public Relations Research, Organizational Communication, and courses from the area of the candidate's specialty. The individual will teach two (2) courses per quarter and be required to conduct and maintain an active research program in their area of specialty. The candidate must possess a Ph.D. in Communication and have demonstrated success in research and publication and evidence of teaching effectiveness.
