Hi all, There is a great article based almost entirely on an analysis of Youtube comments by Bambi Schefflein and Graham Jones. I don't have the reference now (as I am working off line) but it is listed in my Annual Review of Anthropology on Ethnographic Approaches to Digital Media. It is a real gem even if not on trolls per se. Biella
