Please find attached ARTICLE 19's call for applications to the Internet of Rights Fellowship for the 2018 cycle. The program includes three tracks on access, algorithmic decision-making, and the DNS; as such, fellows will have the opportunity to work with us in the ITU-D, the IEEE and the Partnership on AI, and ICANN.
The deadline for applications is Friday, February 23. Any questions should be directed to fellowship@article19.org.
