I'm wondering how they actually operationalize some of their concepts because it seems to me that if employees use the internet for self-improvement, which to my mind includes discussing things with others, and reading, that might not be a direct form of efficiency, but i think that it probably increases the overall efficiency of the workplace by creating a more informed workforce.
