what about digital documentation ?
If we consider websites, chatmessages, SMS, emails etc. as digital documents, then digital documentation will cover all this and be complementary to digital communication, but stressing the material aspects. Document can be split into two parts: doceo, I demonstrate, and mentum, means and results of acts using some means. I know I may have to argue more in lenght later.
