Hello all, I'm currently doing some RA work for my PhD supervisor regarding consumer responses to social marketing campaigns in social media. One area of particular interest with this has been in consumers' use of ephemeral social media platforms such as snapchat. A brief review of the literature doesn't seem to turn up all that much having been written in this area though. Would anyone here possibly be able to recommend some studies (published or unpublished) or approaches to studying these kinds of environments that we should be looking at?
