[Air-l] Trolling on the AoIR List?

I don't want to be too sceptically but is the AoIR list being trolled? "Shakespeare and his connection with the Internet world" just seems like something put on the list to get a response--looking for "all kinds of material--articles, opinions, methods" even links on this topic has a troll kind of feel to it.
