Hello, all. I remember reading something; I'm trying to track down the source... I seem to recall, about a year ago (or longer), reading an item online about a specific person stating that mobile apps were the future of the internet; that they will be the de facto home pages of websites. I don't know if this was a "no duh" back then (2011-2012) or if it was viewed as a person being insightful about the forward trend of apps; and therefore quotable, as in so-and-so predicted mobile apps would be the path to the internet (as opposed to the browser). I'm going to continue to try to track this source down but wondering if anyone on this listserv remembers this or something close to it.
