Thierry, Could you please clarify something for me? There seems to be a contradiction within the CfP. In the body of the text the proposal deadline is given as "invited to submit on or before February 13, 2010", however the table of deadlines gives the proposal submission date as "April 13, 2010: Proposal Submission Deadline".
