[Air-L] Mood and Attitude Measurement Tools Needed

Hi All -   I am working on my Master's thesis looking at the relationship between mood/attitude and email miscommunication.   Does anyone have any recommendations of mood or attitude measurement tools that would help me?   Thanks!   Lauren Shapiro
