[Air-L] Sampling Internet Users in Two Cities

I've been asked by a consultant/friend how to locate a sample of Internet users in two U.S. cities. His client would like to conduct a survey to get a better understanding of the potential online audience for a Web site. Any suggestions or resources would be much appreciated.
