This is an invitation to submit a research paper to one of the minitracks of the E-Government Track at the 43rd Hawaii International Conference on System Sciences (HICSS-43). HICSS-43 (2010) will be held from January 5-8, 2010 at the Grand Hyatt Kauai Resort & Spa, Koloa, Kauai, HI/USA.
