Focus groups are included in the book, "Online Interviewing," by Nalita James and Hugh Busher, published 2009 by SAGE. I am still working my way though it, but the book focuses on asynchronous and synchronous text-based interviewing. Tony A.E. (Tony) Ratcliffe, M.Ed. Does anyone know of any articles that address using a web discussion board/forum (a private one of course) as a focus group tool? Specifically, I intend a one time board that is only set up and used for a focus group with invitees. I am also looking for a good discussion board service that would useful as a focus group type instrument. Thanks for your help. -------------------- Jonathan J.
