[Air-L] Qualitative content analysis

Hi all! I have a quick question and i hope (to be honest, i am sure) that someone will help me. I am searching for articles on qualitative content analysis in online discussion forums. The main concept is  to use an inductive logic of theory building through a deductive handling of material, something which can be achieved through grounded theory and specifically through open coding...Any suggestions?Please?
