some of you may also be interested in estimations of broadband internet penetration by UK parliamentary constituency developed by a consulting group called Point Topic. We supplied some of the underlying data for this (estimates of narrowband household internet access by census ward). http://www.point-topic.com/content/dslanalysis/UK+election+guide.htm The geography you see is essentially the geography of wealth & urban dwelling in the UK with some interesting exceptions.
