[Air-L] Participant observation online: an article-length study?

Dear all, in my seminar "Methods for researching online media and media culture" there is a session on participant observation. I have an introductory text to the method (the respective chapter from Boellstorff et al., *Ethnography and Virtual Worlds: A Handbook of Method*), but I still need an article or chapter-length study to sort of illustrate the application of the method.
