All students are encouraged to participate by submitting abstracts (1-paragragh only) from papers that address issues and problems that relate to critical themes in Media. Selected students will present their academic papers at the Fall 2002 conference. Paper topics can focus on semiotics, stereotypes, culture and media, cyberspace, television, virtual reality, representations in media, globalization, media critique, as well film, photography, new media, art.)
