Hi, All, Some folks were having trouble reserving rooms at the conference hotel on the evening of 20 October (Tuesday). The hotel has agreed to add more rooms that night at the conference rate. As a reminder, you can book your rooms at the conference rate of USD 169 (plus tax). Your room includes breakfast and evening receptions, and there is no charge for parking or internet access. Please note that the conference rate is only available for the nights of Tuesday, 20 October through the morning of Sunday, 25 October. If you wish to reserve rooms on dates before or after this, it will likely require a separate reservation. The site notes that these rates are available until September 21, but strictly speaking, that isn't the case. There is a limited number of rooms at the conference rate, after which you are back to the market rate (currently USD 289). Currently, about 70% of the block is reserved. However, workshops on Wednesday, 21 October, are first come, first serve, and the early bird gets the workshop they want.
