Dear Chris, You might be interesting in joining the Internet Governance Capacity Building Project, organised annually by DiploFoundation. Topics include: technical, legal, socio-cultural, economic and development aspects. The course is completely online, and will run again next year. Meanwhile, DiploFoundation will soon launch the Internet Governance Research Phase, another online course which will focus in depth on more specific issues, rather than the whole spectrum.
