same basic principle, your custom dictionary is just that. I actually don't use msword dictionaries, I use grammarian for osx. it does what I tell it.
Thankfully, I didn't have to use Jeremy Hunsinger's drastic notion of turning off my main dictionary. That sounds like a cure worse than the disease.
