Greetings, Maybe I should have used the word "other". I had in mind situations when user has the problem with the interface, which was designed in other culture/country than s/he is from, with exception of course when it is developed in language s/he does not understand. My example - a cyber years ago in gopher aera I did not recognize icon of Masoct of University of Minessota which was suppose to show the entry to gopher, since to me the world "gopher" was associated with the Internet search tool only ( the names of animals were not taught at Polish ESL classes - so I could not even recognize the animal.)
