This message announces a search for the Editor-in Chief of the Journal of Information Technology and Politics (JITP), for a 5-year term. JITP is the official journal of the Organized Section on Information Technology & Politics in the American Political Science Association, and is published by the Taylor & Francis Group. The new Editor-in-Chief will serve a renewable five-year term, beginning with the production of Volume 10 of the journal. Currently, JITP receives approximately 100 manuscript submissions per year. Candidates for the Editorship are expected to receive some support from their home institution for the editorial process. This ideally would include a partial release from teaching responsibilities plus graduate research assistant and administrative staff support. Additional support, in the form of a yearly stipend, is provided by the publisher.
