Dear Colleagues Has anyone had any luck getting permission from Tripadvisor to harness and analyse reviews from their site? It would be good to know as I have written to them a couple of times but my letters seem ignored. If there are any hints and tips you are willing to share to obtaining permission or if you have discovered something in their terms that allows academics to utilise the data that would be awesome too.
