one of the reasons sociology of monsters went out of print and probably won't go back into print is that it is part of a specific series, i think entitled the sociology review monograph series, which actually to some extents a journal.... though it produces a book or two annually on one specific topic. in short it's primary subscribers are libraries, and that is where you will find most of the copies.
