[Air-L] deliberative democracy - good cases?

Dear colleagues, I am doing a research on deliberative democracy in virtual space and searching for "best practice" examples. Maybe anybody knows and could share the information about websites that are created to deliberate political issues, policies, laws, ect. And especially the ones created by government.
