It will focus on information technology and social change, especially between diverse populations, nations, and institutions. It is a one day (plus) conference to be held Friday, May 3rd, 2002 at the Sheraton El Conquistador in Tucson, AZ. There will also be a reception on Thursday evening, May 2nd. We are looking for papers/presentations in four areas: 1. The digital divide-- with special focus Latin American and Hispanic-American populations. 2.
