[Air-L] panel on post-global internet concepts & histories

Dear all, I'd like to submit a panel proposal about how we can study local internet in terms of history of its development in different countries and cities. I suppose that it would be great to discuss it in comparative prospective and figure out what concepts can we use for it and how do we conduct this kind of studies.
