ARTHUR is ready and willing to publish gruesome WAR PHOTOS that, if Gulf War I were any indication (and it may not be, of course), are likely not to be made available to Americans by either the government or the mainstream media. Please note that we cannot currently offer any financial compensation to contributors. ARTHUR is a free, 48-page, labor-of-love bimonthly broadsheet with a 45,000 printrun (likely to go higher with the next ish). It is distributed to major markets across North America by a network of volunteers. Info on ARTHUR is available at http://www.arthurmag.com (At ARTHUR's website you will find links there to recent features on ARTHUR in Los Angeles Times and the Philadelphia Weekly.) Please pass this note on to any photographers who might want to work with us. Thank you so much. They can contact me at editorial@arthurmag.com best, JAY BABCOCK Editor, ARTHUR Magazine *** 2.
