I have started a new listserv for people who are currently working on experimental digital ethnographies - ethnographies that will be distributed on the web or CD or DVD and that are a break from traditional ways of organizing information - that is, are multimedia and interactive. If you are working in this area and would like to join, let me know by send a message to me off the list. Send me a sentence or two about who you are and what you are doing. Everyone is welcome if they are actively working on something. I'm trying to keep the list down to a relatively small size. It is hoped that some of us can meet in Florence in 2003 during the International Congress of Ethnological and Anthropological Sciences in an organized panel that I am chairing.
Please pass this email along to anyone you know who might be interested.
