Two 4-year Postdoctoral Research Scientist positions at School of Information and Communication Studies at University College Dublin. The positions are funded by the ERC Consolidator Grant led by Dr Lai Ma. The project examines the conceptualisation of 'open' in the open access movement by identifying boundaries and constraints that hinder the growth of 'local' knowledge and knowledge sharing across regions.
