Deen's list is great - thanks for sharing! My dissertation is qualitative and I used NCapture for NVivo as they work well together and the customer support/user community is excellent. My data was Twitter based, not Facebook. You could perhaps try Netvizz if you want to analyze data from Facebook groups. I used it in combination with Gephi to make visual graphs of interactions in FB-groups.
