I agree. The whole point of Listserv technology is to respond to the list. This encourages threads and allows us all to follow. I urge the decision makers to revert to the prior plan where reply was sent to the whole list. I'm totally agree with Jeremy. This desicion may kill the whole idea. It's strange to see that people, studying Computer Mediated Communications don't understand how crucial such changes in settings may be to the communication and community in general.
