As I digest, I apologize if someone has answered already
Someone pointed out the UK post yesterday in eMarketer that said that UK kids prefer to hang out with their parents rather than online, etc.
A very senior and experienced survey analyst forwarded it to me, totally straightforwardly. I replied with skepticism.
A few hours later, he replied that he had been April Fooled. The thing was an April Fools Day hoax.
BTW, Barbara Neves, my Portuguese colleague, tells me that in her country it's called Liars Day. ;-)
