[Air-L] Looking for reference about babies having a digital identity before they are born

Hello everyone I have to give a lecture to student midwives about the role that social media plays in pregnancy and childbirth, and the effect it has on their midwifery practice. I read somewhere (but I cannot remember where) that babies have a digital identity by the time their mother is 6 months pregnant. Can anyone point me to that reference?
