Dear colleagues, We hope this resource may be of interest to those of you studying internet television and streaming services. --- GLOBAL INTERNET TV CONSORTIUM << http://www.global-internet-tv.com >> The GITV Consortium brings together media scholars from around the globe to develop and share research about the various forms internet-distributed television is taking in particular locations. This year, the GITV Consortium's website has published 13 dossiers about Netflix's impact across national markets in Europe, Asia, the Americas, and the Middle East, with five more dossiers coming soon. The site also features a monthly news digest of key developments and a repository of resources. In 2018, the GITV Consortium will add dossiers on other services, continue to expand and update its coverage, and develop topic-based publications.
