The event will feature a keynote talk by Prof. Merlyna Lim from Carleton University, and a series of talks by scholars researching politicians in various regions including Latin America the Middle East, Sub-Saharan Africa, South Asia and South East Asia, as well as, speakers/practitioners who have worked on political campaigns or large social media organizations on which such campaigns are played out.
