I am a graduate student in Georgetown University's Communication, Culture, & Technology Program. Two papers I am working on consider the impact of culture on ICT adoption. I am having difficulty finding recent statistics on Instant Messaging (or SMS) use in the workplace in the United States, Japan, and Sweden.
