If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know. It'll be a great help.
Hi Pawan, et al, Not so much a concrete suggestion, but a meta suggestion. Most Universities have both research approval board and research support personnel - the approval people are found in places like "Human Subject Policy" projects, "Institutional Research Board," etc ... and the consulting people are often in the computing center, the library or information commons, or in a statistical and methods consulting group (e.g. a "bioinformatics" or "medical informatics" or "biometrics" ...etc.) Sometimes a Center for Teaching and Learning center will have these contacts ... What would be good would be to track down a few of them and describe your research and the problems you are running into ... they may be able to come up with some alternative strategies for getting at the information and data you need. .. And don't forget about departments that are across campus - that might have different research strategies - sometimes the can also give a pointer that will get out of what otherwise seem as dead ends.
