Hello, Terri, May I add a subcategory, of "AoIR" cat emeritus? My cats George and Alice are no longer with us, but they pre-dated the start of AoIR and followed its comings and goings along with mine for most of its history. I could include their qualifications in later phases of nomination procedures. Thank you for pointing out the gap in our electoral system. cheers, andee
