For a paper on rural Internet use, Jess Collins and I assert that North American (US/Canada) internet research has predominantly looked at urban pops. I think it's self-evidently true, and certainly the US/Cdn national surveys are sub/urban focused (because thats where the bodies are), BUT does anyone have a citation to research that substantiates this urban focus.
