[Air-L] Twitter and Politicians: Request for Resources

Dear Fellow AoIR Members Greetings from India! I was wondering whether any of you know of any study on the phenomenon of political leaders in some countries (e.g. India, US) preferring Twitter over other SM platforms to communicate, engage and even break news?
