[Air-L] Aging Data

Colleagues, Can anyone provide advice in response to this request I received from a colleague at a European institute? "I have started doing some work on Aging. I am currently looking for some Internet diffusion data by age ranges that start before the year 2000. Ideally 1990 would be perfect. Do you have an idea of where I could get that data either EU countries or US. I have already looked at Eurostat and Pew but with little success." Thanks!
