I´m searching for two things: a) Rating/Classification schemata for individual/personal/private data (alternatively their degree of sensibility in context with personal data, e.g. name, date of birth - what is not important, more important, ... perhaps rooted in ideas this text shows up: "varieties of personal information as influences on attitudes toward surveillance" from Gary T. Marx) a) specific privacy enhancing instruments (not just overall PETs) that you find valuable and one cannot afford to miss (e.g. theoretical software models, frameworks, tools, browser plugins, apps that show privacy ratings, give advice, ...
