[Air-L] Submission deadline (cont..)

I understand this information may have appeared elsewhere, but in looking back at the email announcing the deadline extension, that the deadline would be at the hard and fast UTC time stamp seems a bit of an oversight, again, especially considering the deadline as previously established in prior conferences.
