Dear Shriram, Yes I have the same problem as Patricia. Errors are usually about "high volume of traffic" and one time it gave me "authentication failed". Does it have to do with facebook pages with non-english content? Or is it a problem of internet connection? Please Shriram what kind of pages did you fetch? and what kind of computers did you use (in terms of RAM, internet speed, windows version...)? So I also had issues with NCapture. The pages I’m trying to fetch are heavy - thousands of comments in each post, etc - and NCapture crashes every time. I tried both on mac and windows. Facepager was the alternative I found. Still testing around, but it works nicely so far.

Really? What kind of errors? Is it with data capture itself? or is it with data import from Ncapture to Nvivo? I have used it for more than 1000 FB page downloads and it works perfectly fine...helping me capture comments, the gender of the commentor, the time/date when the comment was made for each post, making it possible for other advanced analysis. Please let me know what kind of an error it generates, will try to see if I can be of any assistance.
