One other caution for going to Australia. I travel with blood pressue, diabetes and headache meds. A junior officer of Australian immigration at the Sydney airport was the only perso/place (out of 40ish countries) that wanted to see my doctors' prescription letters. Which I didn't have. Fortunately, a supervisor told her to forget about it, or otherwise, I might have blown a gasket in Oz. (This in 2002.)
