Not a dumb question. There is no recommendation on the site, as far as I know. I have referred others who asked to Mia, the program chair. My sense is that a paper of 20-30pp is about right, but I haven't got any official word on that.
Since the "proceedings" are electronic page length isn't the issue that it might have been in the past.
