Hey Matt-- thanks for the heads up. I'm teaching an intensive seminar this month, so I can't make it to Sussex-- and I'm especially bummed I'll miss this panel (last time it was so, ahem, explosive;-). Anyone else who is available (in any sense) should definitely experience it... Man, when the government sets it mind to it, it sure can make trouble! As it turns out, the so-called "munitions" they were concerned about are of a Class H variety, which haven't been subject to Code 12 regulation for years, and apparently MI5 hasn't gotten around to reconsidering them in these heightened conditions. Thanks to Felicia for all the help on that end. So, I look forward to seeing anyone not attending a "birds of a feather" session during that time to join us. -Matt- Dr Matt Ratto Networked research and digital information KNAW-Royal Netherlands Academy of Arts and Science Joan Muyskenweg 25 Postbus 95110 1090 HC Amsterdam The Netherlands tel: (31)(20)462-8719 fax: (31(20)665-8013 http://www.niwi.knaw.nl/en/nerdi2/toon
