[Air-L] Attitudes toward smart applications

Dear AoIRists I am looking for literature dealing with attitudes (of users, non-users, people in general etc.) toward "smart applications" defined very broadly (~AI/big data/IoT/wearable devices...) mainly in the context of the level of trustworthiness/intelligence/effectiveness/impressiveness of such algorithm-based, data-based software.
